Premium Dutch IPTV respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable laws, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.

Premium Dutch IPTV is solely a technology and infrastructure provider. We provide server routing and media player compatibility services. We do NOT host, upload, distribute, or store any audio-visual content on our own servers. All content accessed through our infrastructure is provided by third-party sources and indexers that are entirely outside of our control.

Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied or made accessible in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please notify us immediately. While we cannot remove content from third-party servers, we can block specific routing paths or terminate users who abuse our infrastructure.

To file a DMCA complaint, please provide the following information:

• A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., specific URLs or routing details).

Please send all DMCA notices to our designated copyright agent via the email provided on our contact page. We will process and investigate valid notices of alleged infringement and will take appropriate actions under the DMCA.
